Service Description

When you book online, our delivery system notifies us right away! We send someone to pick up your files in boxes (if you need boxes, we can provide them) and securely brings them to us. We start scanning your files as soon as we get them and can provide any file you need on demand. Once we finish all the scanning, we put them in an encrypted PDF format on a USB drive and seal it in an envelope. We finally send it back to you along with any dividers or any other supplies you used. To finish, we shred all documents at the end of the month (they are kept secured in a storage facility with a guard) all of which is included in the price of scanning the papers! °We can also keep all files we've scanned in PDF form on our secured computers for up to 5 years. *If you are a new client, we provide a 1TB hard drive so that you can keep all your PDFs stored in one location!
